At GS Design Center LLC, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Return
Contact our customer support team with your order number and the reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags, manuals, and accessories are included to qualify for a full refund.
Ship the Item
Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number for reference.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your requested exchange within 5-7 business days.
